FARSTA GÅRD's history begins sometime during the end of the 15th century.
In written sources, one can find that a Hovast lived on the farm in 1477. During the 17th century, the farm was owned by famous families such as Gyllenstierna and Bielke and during the 18th century by the Grubb and Tottie families. Farsta Gård rests on prehistoric land. Near the yard there are burial mounds from the Late Iron Age (SEK 400-1000) and right next to the dance floor is a beautiful rune stone from the 11th century with the text "Tore and Sven lät resa stenen after Vinjut sin bror, Helga's son"
At Farsta Gård you can now have your small meeting, your big conference, your memorable wedding or you are celebrating another year.
